Mask can be hand washed or machine washed on the delicate cycle. Hang to dry. Replace after 3-6 months of use - depending on level of air pollution. Size fits most adult women and men. This mask has an exhale valve and breathing is easy with use. It will take a day to get used to wearing - just like any mask does.

This mask is N99 Certified - better than the N95 US Government specification for pollution masks. It is built to protect from 99% of airborne particles over 0.3 Microns. It protects from 99% of gases, smells, particulate matter, bacteria and viruses.
It is composed of an N99 filter, active carbon layer, and an exhale valve between Microfiber inner and outer layers. This mask is designed with a triple filter system. The first layer catches larger particles, PM10 and dust. The second layer is a three-ply micro particulate filter which catches 99% of smaller particulate at levels PM2.5 and PM0.3. The last layer is 100% pure activated carbon cloth developed by the UK Ministry of Defence for biological, chemical and nuclear warfare protection. This carbon filter layer has been treated with silver to ensure the removal and eradicating of 100% of harmful pathogens.
